Paint Technician

Perform all refinish work according to specs, including matching colors using specified charts and mixing paints to match original vehicle colors. Monitor painting operations to identify flaws like blisters or streaks, correct their causes, and verify paint consistency. Apply designs, lettering, or decorative items to finished products using brushes or sprayers, and lay out logos according to blueprint specifications with measuring instruments. Follow OEM standards for blending formulas, topcoat application, and curing.
