Job Summary
Paint Maintenance Technician on 3rd shift responsible for preventing breakdowns and ensuring reliable operation of paint production equipment. Roles include performing preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, collaborating with manufacturing groups to ensure parts and tooling meet process expectations, visually inspecting work to ensure product quality, adhering to safety standards and LOTO programs, identifying and reporting safety hazards to the team leader, and executing related duties as assigned. Requires 1-2 years of mechanical maintenance experience (manufacturing environment preferred), ability to read and understand prints, safety-conscious mindset, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs; ideal candidate is self-starting and capable of working independently.
