Paint Supervisor - AIC Powder

Coach and support your area of responsibility while monitoring housekeeping and correcting safety issues. Plan and organize production and assembly line activities to meet deadlines, ensuring compliance with environmental, productivity, quality, and health & safety standards. Identify and implement continuous improvement projects, prepare and adhere to the department budget, and enforce policies with disciplinary action as needed. Maintain production reports and records, taking corrective action when necessary. Coordinate departmental maintenance and engineering needs, conduct inventory analysis, and order necessary equipment or materials. Full-time role with 1st and 2nd shift availability; starting pay ranges from $24 to $32 per hour.
