Job Summary
Direct all facets of the project scope by supervising General Foremen and ensuring safe execution of contract documents. Monitor progress to meet schedules and budgets while managing manpower, equipment, and consumables. Initiate daily tailgate safety meetings, verify compliance with Apache and client policies, and maintain clean work environments. Complete site paperwork including timesheets and purchase orders, and communicate daily with the Project Manager. Train prospective employees and ensure all painting work meets industry standards.
Required Qualifications
- strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- computer literacy
- high level of safety awareness
- Minimum 6 years of coating and linings experience
- Minimum 1- 2 years of experience with Apache
- Knowledge and experience in sophisticated industrial painting and sandblasting techniques
- Demonstrate a broad knowledge of craft(s) utilized on projects they oversee
- valid driver's license
- ability to drive a motor vehicle in a safe manner
- ability to observe all traffic regulations
- Must be able to kneel, squat, and climb
- Must be able to perform required duties for extended periods of time inside confined spaces
- ability to use breathing equipment
- Must be able to wear all required PPE
- Must be able to lift 20 pounds
