Job Summary
Handle a paint gun and follow process cards to maintain Aludec quality part production while complying with painting techniques. Be able to handle pressure of strict deadlines and pass a vision test to maintain standards. Work in a manufacturing environment with changes in temperature, standing for long periods and lifting up to 20 pounds regularly. Tolerate high and low temperatures, including occasional extreme heat, and take direction from supervisors. Reliable transportation and attendance required. Monday through Friday, 6am to 2:30pm. Eligible for health, dental, vision, and 401K benefits after 60 days.
Required Qualifications
- Must pass a vision test to maintain Aludec quality part production
- Must be able to take direction from supervisors
- Must be reliable to come to work and have a reliable form of transportation
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to move/lift up to 20 pounds regularly
- Must be able to tolerate high and low temperature levels
- Must be able to tolerate extreme heat
Desired Qualifications
- High School graduate or G.E.D. and/or equivalent work experience desired
