Paint Specialist

Job Summary
Responsible for building relationships with PBE customers to drive sales growth by providing color formula lookups and mixing custom OEM colors. Offer expertise in color matching and paint product selection, ensuring customer satisfaction. Manage inventory, maintain equipment, and implement customer service programs. Handle transactions and assist customers with returns and queries, maintaining compliance with company policies. Work collaboratively with the Store Manager and Territory Sales Managers to achieve sales and service goals while supporting a strong team dynamic.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Automotive paint and body knowledge or experience
- Technical schooling
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
