Job Summary
Paint shop operative role within the Dartford, Kent site. Responsibilities include operating and setting paint machinery, loading/unloading the paint plant when needed, handling metal material, meeting department targets, and testing manufactured products. Must follow Health & Safety regulations, 5S and quality procedures, and work from defined work instructions. Requires computer literacy, basic mathematics, teamwork, and the ability to work to tight deadlines with high accuracy. Experience with similar machinery is preferred; full training will be provided. Hours: 06:00–14:30 Mon–Thu and 06:00–13:30 Fri. Full-Time contract with comprehensive employee benefits.”,
