Job Summary
Operate, monitor, and service paint line delivery and rinse systems, including pH monitoring, filter replacement, and chemical additions. Prepare, deliver, and switch paint and catalyst while detecting malfunctions to take corrective action. Direct booth and station changeovers, manage material flow, and teach operators specific job functions. Ensure quality product production, maintain cleanliness of systems, and conduct paint inventory to request supplies. Complete required paperwork, adhere to safety and environmental regulations, and follow Mack Molding's ISO policies. Notify personnel of product quality or process issues as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Working knowledge of paint and solvent chemistry and mixing processes
- Ability to detect malfunctions and take corrective action on processes as necessary
- Ability to use and understand Mack Molding's ISO policies and procedures
- Ability to follow all safety rules and regulations
- Ability to maintain Mack's standard of housekeeping in all areas
