Paint Room Attendant - 3rd Shift

Responsible for painting, printing and auditing product quality, ensuring compliance with specifications. Performs pH, water level, and ink checks; analyzes color schemes and verifies color matching; inspects parts to be painted and supports product specifications. Conducts serigraphy printing, tracks procedures with documentation, prepares print setting techniques, and coordinates/trains new personnel. Maintains communication with staff regarding customer demands and checks paint parameters against quality plans. Performs incoming material support and metal printing tasks in a 3rd-shift manufacturing environment; regularly exposed to moving parts and potential chemical exposure.
