Paint Repair Technician I at Crystal Cabinet Works in Princeton, MN, responsible for repairing cabinet components and coordinating part replacements. Duties include repairing scratches/gouges/defects on cabinet parts by sanding, spraying, staining, highlighting, gluing, spatting, color matching, fogging, and performing specialty finishing, burnishing, wear, rub through, spatting, worm holes, and distressing. Must maintain knowledge of wood species and ensure repairs move products to the next processing step.
