Job Summary
Complete high-quality external cosmetic repairs on customer vehicles and used-car stock, including scratch, scuff, dent, and chip restoration. Work in line with all safety policies and procedures while delivering excellent customer service throughout the process. Represent both the Hedin Automotive and Mercedes-Benz brands with professionalism, maintaining a positive, team-focused attitude under pressure. This full-time, permanent position at our Croydon site offers a basic salary with an OTE of £50-60K, 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, plus access to health and pension schemes, employee discounts, and development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Strong technical skills in external vehicle cosmetic repairs
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident customer relationship-building abilities
- The capability to work efficiently under pressure
- A positive, team-focused attitude
- Proven experience as a SMART Repair Technician or within a Bodyshop environment performing detailed external cosmetic repairs
- Committed to delivering work to the highest standard
- A valid UK driving licence
