Job Summary
Execute all aspects of production batch manufacturing to specification while adhering to SOPs, GMPs, and safety standards. Safely operate processing equipment, dismantle, clean, and sanitize machinery, and complete daily documentation and administrative tasks. Escalate manufacturing issues to QA, Process, or Maintenance and assist in root cause analysis for batch failures. Maintain 5S standards and process improvement initiatives. Must pass respirator test fit and be available for 2nd shift (3 pm to 1 am) Monday to Thursday, with mandatory 1st shift coverage and overtime on Fridays. Full-time benefits included.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work 1st Shift - 515 am to 3:15 pm Monday to Thursday as needed
- Mandatory overtime on Friday when needed
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit
- Routinely lift and/or move up to 50 pounds without mechanical assistance
- MUST pass the test fit for wearing a respirator
- Ability to operate FLT or Reach Trucks an asset
