Paint Prepper Hourly

Prepare assigned vehicles for refinishing and reassembly by completing all paint preparation processes according to factory specifications. Assist Paint Technicians by preparing spray-out panels to determine blend needs and sanding/buffing panels to ensure quality standards. Utilize air sanders and spray guns to execute work while adhering to hazardous waste disposal requirements. Maintain tools, equipment, and the paint booth, ensuring all masking is removed and prior disassembly is reassembled before vehicle return. Perform other related duties as assigned.
