Paint Prepper

Paint Prepper at Rick Hendrick Chevrolet Collision Center in Norfolk assists Painter by applying paint to vehicle parts after body repair, covers parts not being painted, buffs and cleans surfaces after paint dries, and helps ensure work is performed efficiently and according to Collision Center guidelines. The role requires lifting up to 80 pounds, the ability to read and follow instructions, effective communication with customers and colleagues, and basic computer use for timekeeping. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $17.00 - $19.00 with potential production bonuses; shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. OSHA respiratory medical exam is required.
