Job Summary
Prepare vehicles and panels for refinishing by sanding, featheredging, blocking, priming, and sealing repaired areas. Perform final surface preparation before vehicles enter the paint booth, mask vehicles properly, and identify imperfections requiring additional work. Maintain clean, organized work areas and communicate with painters, technicians, and management regarding repair needs. Follow proper safety procedures and use PPE while helping maintain a productive workflow and meet established cycle-time goals. Assist with other duties related to the paint and collision repair process as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds

Desired Qualifications
