Paint Prepper

Remove grease, dirt, paint, or rust from vehicle surfaces using abrasives, solvents, brushes, blowtorches, washing tanks, or sandblasters. Assist the painter in pre-paint blending needs and fill small dents or scratches with body fillers to smooth surfaces. Work with the paint team to keep vehicles on track for scheduled delivery times. Buff and wax finished paintwork. Disassemble, clean, and reassemble sprayers and power equipment using solvents, wire brushes, and cloths. Prior experience in the vehicle paint process is required, with I-CAR certifications preferred.
