Job Summary
Remove grease, dirt, paint, or rust from vehicle surfaces using abrasives, solvents, brushes, blowtorches, washing tanks, or sandblasters. Assist the painter in pre-paint blending needs and fill small dents or scratches with body fillers to smooth surfaces for painting. Work with the paint team to keep vehicles on track for scheduled delivery times. Buff and wax finished paintwork. Disassemble, clean, and reassemble sprayers and power equipment using solvents, wire brushes, and cloths. This role supports Crash Champions, the largest founder-led multi-shop operator of high-quality collision repair service, serving over 650 locations across 38 states. The company operates the growing Crash Champions LUXE | EV Certified brand for highline and luxury EV repair centers.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in vehicle paint process

- I-CAR certifications preferred
