Paint Prep Worker

Remove parts from the unit required for the paint process. Cover unpainted areas with tape, paper, and plastic. Apply blue stain to all fiberglass parts. Sand and scuff areas designated for painting. Perform bodywork repairs as identified. Blow off and wash the unit using correct chemicals. This role supports Forest River's manufacturing of recreational vehicles, cargo trailers, transit buses, and boats. Training is available for candidates with a fast-paced mindset, though industry experience is preferred.
