Paint Prep

Prepare surfaces before applying finish by sanding, filling, caulking, and washing. Understand blueprints, drawings, written procedures, and verbal instructions while maintaining proficiency with computers. Automotive body and refinishing skills are a plus. This role requires the ability to lift up to 50lbs individually and perform team lifts over 50lbs on occasion, with a schedule involving walking and standing for the duration of the shift. The position is full-time, 1st shift (5:30am–4:00pm), with a starting pay of $16.00 plus based on experience. Medical, vision, dental, 401(k), paid vacation, and paid holidays are included.
