Job Summary
Lead and develop the paint maintenance team in Magna Exteriors, overseeing maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of paint equipment (robots, spray booths, conveyors) and implementing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies. Drive safety, ownership, and continuous improvement; coordinate workload across maintenance groups; conduct performance reviews and training; manage work orders and PM plans; lead root cause analysis and improvement initiatives; oversee vendor/contractor selection and capital projects related to paint equipment and facilities; ensure projects meet safety, quality, and budget targets. Strong troubleshooting, project management, and leadership abilities; experience with CMMS (e.g., Maximo); knowledge of automation, equipment, and facilities systems; excellent communication and documentation skills. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)
- Minimum of 3 years of technical maintenance experience in manufacturing
- At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience
