Job Summary
Load and unload parts to the conveyor during break times, perform titrations and adjust chemicals in the washer and wastewater system, and conduct preventive maintenance on paint line systems. Operate an overhead air hoist and drive forklift while inspecting final painted parts. Troubleshoot equipment and adjust powder painting processes, complying with quality, environmental, safety, and JOST company policies. Work 80% in a production plant and 20% in an office setting, standing, walking, and lifting objects of 50 pounds or less.
Required Qualifications
- Operate overhead air hoist
- Operate drive forklift
- Basic Math
- Ability to gain knowledge of company products
- Comply with quality, environmental, safety and JOST company policies and procedures
- Work is generally performed in a production plant 80% of time, 20% in an office setting
- Regularly stand, walk, reach, bend, twist
- Occasionally lift, pull or move objects of 50 pounds or less
