Paint Line Supervisor

Paint Line Supervisor leading the paint department on a day-to-day basis to ensure safe, efficient production with quality targets. Responsibilities include supervising and training the paint line team, coordinating schedules and daily production targets, driving safety and quality standards, conducting team meetings, and communicating production concerns to the Production Manager. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ongoing problem solving, supporting team performance, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma practices. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, 3+ years in manufacturing with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards, ability to read technical drawings and production specifications, ERP/MES experience, mechanical aptitude to program and operate automated equipment, familiarity with precision measurement tools, and a proven track record of developing others. Certification in Lean Six-Sigma White belt and/or Green belt and familiarity with ISO9001 & 14001 are considered advantageous.
