Paint Line Helper - 3rd Shift

Confirm job orders and material selections while reporting packaging shortages. Tape and mask parts for coating, hang components uniformly on conveyors, and assist with assembly as needed. Remove cured parts from racks, inspect coated items using approved gauges, and maintain paint hooks and work areas. Fill out production and quality documentation, package parts to prevent damage, and report all quality concerns to leadership. Adhere to safety standards, wear proper PPE, and follow company policies. This role supports Metalcraft's manufacturing operations in Fall River, WI, with on-the-job training provided.
