Job Summary
Paint Line General Laborer on 2nd shift responsible for preparing surfaces, operating paint line equipment, and inspecting finishes to meet specifications. Duties include surface preparation per specifications, operating paint line equipment to support efficient, high-quality production, hanging parts on the powder coat line with hooks or chains, inspecting both finished and unfinished products for quality and specification adherence, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and collaborating with teammates and supervisors to meet daily production goals. Requires ability to read work instructions in English, attention to detail, and physical stamina including standing and lifting up to 50 lbs. Shift runs Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM; location: Miamisburg, Ohio.
Required Qualifications
- 1 years of experience in a high-speed or manufacturing environment preferred but not required
- Ability to read, write, and understand work instructions, safety information, and training materials in English
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Reliable team player with clear communication skills
