Job Summary
Paint Line General Laborer responsible for preparing surfaces for painting, operating paint line equipment, and hanging parts on the powder coat line with approved equipment. Inspect finished and unfinished products to ensure quality and specifications, maintain a clean and safe work area, and collaborate with teammates and supervisors to meet daily production goals. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to read and understand English work instructions; physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs; strong attention to detail and teamwork.
