Paint Lead 2nd Shift

Job Summary
Direct and manage paint assembly operations for the 2nd shift at the Sumner, Texas PJ facility, coordinating line activities with the Manager to meet objectives in a timely and cost-effective manner. Monitor performance against production and quality standards while promoting a positive safety culture and providing leadership to approximately 5-15 hourly employees. Lead participation in Lean Manufacturing efforts and initiatives, focusing on preventing problems and striving for continuous improvement to enhance results for customers and staff. Work Monday through Thursday from 3:30pm to 2am, with overtime on Fridays and Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years production supervisor experience
- Experience managing 5-15 employees
