Paint Fiberglass Coating Specialist responsibilities span Paint, Gel and Buff Back Final Finish across FRP parts: produce quality parts at or above rate, inspect for defects, follow procedures for non-conformance, maintain paint booth and sprayers, tape off hardware to prevent overspray, adhere to customer quality standards and safety PPE, read route cards for materials, manage hazardous waste, and cross-train across functions. Successful candidates will have strong problem-solving in a fast-paced production environment, ability to stand for long periods, and willingness to OT as needed. The role is based in multiple facilities (Wausaukee WI; Winnipeg MB; St. Cloud MN; Anniston AL; Gillett WI) with day shift hours 8 am–4:30 pm and OT as required.
