Job Summary
Perform drywall repairs including patching, taping, mudding, sanding, and texturing. Complete interior painting for apartment turns, touch-ups, and common areas. Prepare surfaces for painting by handling drywall finishing and wall repairs. Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed to support the property and team. This role requires on-call rotation and reliable transportation. Candidates must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, crawl into awkward spaces, and lift up to 50 pounds. Required Qualifications
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces.
