Paint/ Color Mixer

Paint/Color Mixer responsible for color matching and mixing paints and specialty coatings for automotive, commercial, and industrial purposes. Mix and match topcoat colors for the aerospace industry; manage and maintain documentation of formulas to assure quality and color accuracy; demonstrate exceptional customer service. Essential duties include preparing paint orders with standard and custom formulas; cleaning and maintaining areas and equipment; ensuring calibration of mixing equipment; supplementing customer service and order processing as needed. Training is on-the-job; employee may assist with other store duties and inventories; must meet driving/operational requirements for licensed vehicles. The role emphasizes precision, safety, and adherence to company and governmental regulations while supporting multiple brands within a nationwide coatings organization.
