Responsibilities include mixing and meters blasting media, applying masking to protect critical surfaces, moving materials, completing quality-control documentation, working safely, and participating in training and development of personnel. Respirator training and usage are required; role involves standing, kneeling, and working from elevated surfaces, with ability to lift up to 35 pounds. Starting pay is $19.00-$25.48 per hour with benefits, tuition reimbursement up to $10,000 annually, and a company bonus plan.
