Job Summary
Provides leadership and coordination for multiple Foremen and crews in the paint & blast department to meet production schedules and job milestones, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality. Builds closely with the Superintendent to plan workload across areas, maintains field presence to oversee work, monitors progress and manpower, communicates daily with production leadership, and identifies skill gaps to support a strong safety culture and effective issue resolution.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in marine and/or industrial blasting and painting
- Prior leadership experience as a Foreman or similar supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of paint and blast processes, equipment, and safety standards
- Ability to read and interpret job specifications, drawings, and production schedules
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
