Job Summary
Use airbrushes, HVLP spray guns, screening tables, and gun washing equipment to apply clear coat, paint fronts and backs, and finish avionics and GDLS panels. Perform screening on panels and metal, balance INCN and EL panels, and execute all sanding and flipping tasks. Follow detailed work instructions and blueprints to ensure high-quality production while collaborating with the team to solve problems and streamline processes. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Work a 9/80 schedule with no weekend shifts in a climate-controlled facility.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence
- Must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands and arms to pull handles and push buttons and reach objects
- Requirements may include repetitive motions, climbing, balancing, stooping, bending, reaching, kneeling, crouching or crawling
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
- Must have authorization to access items subject to U.S. export-control laws
