Job Summary
Prepare and clean vehicles for painting by masking off areas with appropriate materials, priming parts, and sanding surfaces prior to application. Inspect and review completed projects to ensure adherence to industry standards while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Account for time spent on each job using the digital time clock and keep painters informed of work status or any unusual problems requiring additional assistance. Assist the detail department as needed to provide pre-accident appearance through buffing and cleaning guest vehicles. A driver's license and clean driving record are required for potential delivery duties.
