Job Summary
Ensure inventory levels support all assembly lines and maintain high 5S standards across production departments. Identify productivity opportunities, develop strategies for quality and engagement improvements, and analyze operational reports to detect problems. Set product standards, coordinate facility maintenance, and align the Innovation team to forecast and reduce labor expenses. Lead a high-performance team, conduct evaluations for development plans, and advocate for people-oriented management principles. Achieve daily, monthly, and annual targets while fostering a safe working environment with full compliance monitoring.
Required Qualifications
- 7 to 10 years previous management experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of production of complex equipment and system integration
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing methods and process improvements that includes but not limited to manufacturing and Six Sigma lean manufacturing
- Technical ability with problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills
- Ability to use strong skills in analyzing, troubleshooting and evaluating problems
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing including machine capabilities and efficiencies, etc.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with metal stamps, injection mold, and paint systems preferred
