Job Summary
Prepare master paintings and break down templates for step-by-step acrylic instruction during live sessions. Lead guests through creative processes while managing session timing and providing encouragement. Greet arrivals, assign seating, and direct customers to food and beverage options via QR menu. Assist with additional orders at the bar and tableside, and capture photos for social media promotion. Handle post-session breakdown and cleanup to maintain studio readiness. Requires 15-25 hours weekly with varied evening and weekend shifts.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years or older
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on painting experience
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel up to 20% each week
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Frequent bending, reaching, moving, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Agility and stamina to move throughout the studio quickly and safely, including tight spaces and on raised surfaces (i.e. stage)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that involves music and large groups
- Regular evening and weekend availability
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant art field preferred
- Acrylic painting preferred
- Prior experience in a customer-focused environment
- Prior experience in group art teaching is preferred
- Alcohol Safety/TIPS and ServSafe Certifications (provided by Muse if needed)
