Job Summary
Pain & Spine Physician needed to join SAMG Comprehensive Pain & Spine Service in Boise. Full-time physician will manage a traditional Comprehensive Pain & Spine clinic and perform in-clinic and in-hospital interventional Pain & Spine procedures. The role emphasizes a multidisciplinary team approach, with medical management of patients and collaboration with inpatient Pain APPs, ED, psychology, PM&R, and in-suite procedure room staff. Requires MD/DO, ABA or ABP boards (or within 3 years), interventional spine fellowship, and Idaho licensure. Schedule is full-time with a 1:6 call rotation; recruitment package includes sign-on incentives, relocation, PTO & CME, malpractice tail, health/dental/vision, and 403b retirement.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- ABMS anesthesiology board certification or within 3 years of employment
- ABP physiatry board certification or within 3 years of employment
- interventional spine fellowship
- DEA registration
- Idaho medical licensure and privileges at SARMC-Boise
- 2 years experience preferred
