Pain & Spine Physician

Pain & Spine Physician needed for Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center Boise. Full-time physician to manage comprehensive Pain & Spine clinic and perform in-clinic and in-hospital interventional procedures, collaborating with an inpatient Pain APP team and multidisciplinary PM&R/support staff. Requires MD/DO, completed anesthesiology residency or physiatry residency with ABMS board certification (ABA or ABP) or be eligible within 3 years, plus Idaho medical licensure and DEA registration. Two years of experience preferred; relocation and sign-on incentives included. The role emphasizes medical management, multidisciplinary care, and interventional spine techniques within a Level II Trauma Center environment.
