Job Summary
Pain & Spine Physician for SAMG Comprehensive Pain & Spine Service in Boise. Full-time physician to manage traditional Comprehensive Pain & Spine clinic and in-clinic/in-hospital interventional Pain & Spine procedures. Requires an anesthesia or physiatry background with Interventional Spine Fellowship, board-certified or board-eligible within 3 years, with DEA, Idaho licensure, and preferred 2 years of experience. Multidisciplinary team approach with inpatient Pain APP support; call 1:6; relocation and sign-on incentives included.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
- Successful completion of an accredited anesthesiology residency program; board certification through ABA or ABP (or within 3 years of employment)
- Valid DEA registration
- Idaho medical licensure and privileges
- Two years' experience preferred
