Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive pain management services including in-office evaluations, injections, and interventional procedures for patients across traditional, home, and virtual care settings. Manage multidisciplinary care plans and coordinate with primary care and specialists to ensure integrated, patient-centered treatment. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and population health management within the Summit Health network. Board certification or eligibility required; salary range $225,000-$500,000.
