Job Summary
Conduct a procedure-heavy interventional pain schedule, evaluating acute and chronic pain conditions to develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans. Perform appropriate interventional procedures while treating personal injury and workers' compensation patients, reviewing imaging, medical histories, and previous treatment records. Complete detailed documentation of objective findings, medical necessity, and patient progress, and coordinate care with referring providers, case managers, attorneys, and clinical staff. Educate patients regarding treatment options and monitor outcomes to adjust plans as needed. Monday through Friday outpatient schedule with strong interventional procedure focus; full-time, permanent opportunity in Fort Pierce, Florida.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Pain Medicine or an appropriate related specialty
- Interventional pain management training or experience
- Personal injury and workers' compensation experience
- Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain
- Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain
- Strong procedural, communication, and documentation skills
- No visa sponsorship available
