Conduct a procedure-heavy interventional pain schedule, evaluating acute and chronic pain conditions to develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans. Perform appropriate interventional procedures while treating personal injury and workers' compensation patients, reviewing imaging, medical histories, and previous treatment records. Complete detailed documentation of objective findings, medical necessity, and patient progress, and coordinate care with referring providers, case managers, attorneys, and clinical staff. Educate patients regarding treatment options and monitor outcomes to adjust plans as needed.
