Job Summary
Board-certified/board-eligible Pain Management Physician sought for outpatient/intersessional care in an academic health system setting. Responsibilities include evaluating, diagnosing, and managing chronic pain syndromes, outpatient office visits, and procedures at the surgery center with travel to regional clinics. Procedures include caudal nerve blocks, epidurals (cervical to lumbar), facet injections, genicular nerve block/ablation, nerve blocks (intercostal, medial branch, occipital), PRP, prolotherapy, radiofrequency ablation, regenerative injections, and injections for shoulder/knee/hip, as well as sympathetic and trigeminal blocks and trigger point injections. Requires MD/DO, board eligibility/board certification in Pain Medicine, PA license, and DEA. Required Qualifications
- MD/DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pain Medicine
- ACGME Accredited Pain Medicine Fellowship
- PA Medical License (unrestricted)
- DEA certification
