Job Summary
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage chronic pain syndromes through outpatient office visits and procedures at the surgery center, including caudal nerve blocks, epidurals, facet joint injections, radiofrequency ablation, and regenerative therapies. Provide multimodal pain medicine management in a multispecialty clinical office while traveling to nearby regional clinics as required. This role offers a balanced schedule of Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM within UPMC Great Lakes Pain Medicine, an academic health system affiliated with the University of Pittsburgh.
Required Qualifications
- MD/DO from an accredited medical school
- Candidate must be Board Eligible or Board Certified and have completed an ACGME Accredited Pain Medicine Fellowship
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License
- Ability to obtain necessary credentials
- DEA certification
- A commitment to patient-centered care
- Excellent interpersonal skills
