Job Summary
Assess patients in an ALF/SNF environment, provide palliative and pain management treatments, and perform necessary pain management procedures. Define and document patient diagnoses, prescribe and refill medications, and deliver patient and family education. Notate findings and treatment courses in patient charts, including follow-up notes. Actively participate in departmental activities to improve training methods and achieve company goals. This role requires a Wyoming-licensed NP or PA with an active DEA license. Contract position with flexible days and hours, working on the road.
Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed as an NP or PA in Wyoming
- Must have an active DEA license
- Must be available for On the road work location
