Job Summary
Assess patients in an ALF/SNF environment, provide palliative and pain management treatments, and perform pain management procedures as needed. Define and document patient diagnoses, prescribe and refill medications, and deliver patient and family education. Notate findings and treatment courses in patient charts, including follow-up notes. Actively participate in departmental activities to improve training methods and achieve company goals. Requires an active NP or PA license in New Mexico and a DEA license. Contract position with flexible days and hours.
Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed as an NP or PA in New Mexico
- Must have an active DEA license
- Must be available for work in the ALF and SNF settings in the Deming area
- Must be available for work in the Deming area
- Must be available for work in the ALF setting
- Must be available for work in the SNF setting
- Must be available for on-the-road work
