Job Summary
Assess patients in an ALF/SNF environment, provide palliative and pain management to treat the patient best, and perform pain management procedures as needed. Define and document patient diagnoses, prescribe and refill medications, and deliver patient and family education. Notate findings and treatment course in patient charts, including follow-up notes. Actively participate in departmental activities to improve training methods and achieve company goals. This contract role involves flexible days and hours with on-the-road work in the Cheyenne area. Licensed NPs or PAs with an active Wyoming license and DEA are required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed as an NP or PA in Wyoming
- Must have an active DEA license
- Must be available for work in the ALF and SNF settings in the Cheyenne area
- Must be available for work in the Wyoming state
- Must be available for work in the Cheyenne area
- Must be available for work in the ALF setting
- Must be available for work in the SNF setting
- Must be available for work on the road
