Job Summary
Pain Management Nurse Practitioner to join the Neurosciences Department in Poughkeepsie, NY. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive evaluations of pain conditions, developing individualized treatment plans combining pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic therapies, utilizing interventional and complementary modalities, educating patients and families, scheduling follow-ups, and maintaining compliant documentation. Requires a Master's degree in Nursing with NP specialization (or PA-based master’s), current NP licensure/certification (or NCCPA), and experience in pain management or related fields; new graduates are encouraged to apply. Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing with NP focus or Master's in Physician Assistant Studies
- Current NP licensure and certification in Pain Management, Family, or Adult or NCCPA certification
- Experience in pain management or related field preferred
