Job Summary
Pain Management Nurse Practitioner sought to lead comprehensive pain-management care within the Neurosciences Department. Responsibilities include conducting thorough evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans using pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic therapies, utilizing modalities from medication management to interventional and complementary therapies, educating patients and families on options and lifestyle modifications, scheduling follow-ups, and maintaining compliant documentation. Minimum qualifications include a Master’s degree in Nursing for NP practice (or related PA degree) with current NP licensure and certification in a relevant specialty; NCCPA certification acceptable; prior pain-management experience is preferred, with new graduates encouraged to apply. Located at Vassar Brothers Medical Center in Poughkeepsie, NY, within the Nuvance Health/Northwell system, offering competitive compensation and benefits; salary range $120,000-$150,000. Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing with NP focus or Master's in Physician Assistant Studies
