Job Summary
Deliver comprehensive pain management care by collaborating with chronic pain physicians to develop primary evaluations, consultation, and treatment plans, including interventional procedures. Ensure all treatments are followed up upon while maintaining excellent bedside manner and building strong patient relationships. Complete 40 hours weekly from Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. This role is located in an outpatient setting at Choice Pain and Rehabilitation Center, LLC, where you will receive annual CME reimbursement and licensure expense coverage.
Required Qualifications
- State licensure and board certification
- Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
- Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
- 40 hours / week

- 1+ years of pain management experience preferred
