Job Summary

Evaluate and treat patients with acute or chronic pain conditions by developing individualized treatment plans, prescribing medications, and performing procedures such as injections, nerve blocks, and epidural steroid injections. Collaborate with the healthcare team while managing medication and utilizing electronic medical records systems. Maintain an active medical license in Kentucky or obtain eligibility, applying non-pharmacologic and behavioral interventions alongside traditional techniques. This full-time on-site role offers a clearly defined path to partnership with upward mobility in a rapidly growing company, supported by medical and dental insurance paid, 401k, and a competitive pay range of $365,000 to $435,000 for the first year.

Required Qualifications

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
  • Board certification or eligibility in Pain Management
  • Ability to evaluate and treat patients with acute or chronic pain conditions
  • Medication management
  • Experience in performing procedures such as injections or nerve blocks, nerve ablation, selective nerve root block, intracept, MILD, epidural steroid injections, viscosupplementation for knee pain
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
  • Experience in a variety of pain management techniques, including non-pharmacologic and behavioral interventions
  • Active and unrestricted medical license in Kentucky, or eligibility to obtain one
