Pediatric Emergency Medicine RN providing patient care in the ED. Responsibilities include applying the nursing process to evaluate and coordinate care for pediatric patients, maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, and collaborating with other departments to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of care. Requires ADN and active RN licensure (state or compact), BLS and relevant pediatric/ED certifications (e.g., ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, PALS, PEARS, C-EFM, CPHON/OCN as applicable). On-site full-time days in the Springfield, MO area with on-the-job training available; opportunities for BSN progression and ongoing certification as part of role requirements.
